According to the Japanese Ministry of the Education, the number of Japanese students studying overseas has declined since 2004.
One of the major reasons for decrease the number of studying abroad is that economic load. However, there are some students who think study abroad is not necessary and want to stay Japan. Due to Japanese company, students aren't evaluated their experiences of study abroad, and also they worry about to be behind the employment opportunity.
In my opinion, Youth Forum has good effects on these students who is introverted.
